Fundació Suñol
The Fundació Suñol is a private non-profit making organization which opens to the public Josep Suñol's contemporary art collection. At the same time, the foundation promotes the encouragement of the production and diffusion of avant-garde art.
La Pedrera de CatalunyaCaixa
The Casa Milà, known locally as La Pedrera – the Catalan for stone quarry – is a unique building designed by the architectural genius Antoni Gaudí. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984 and is currently the headquarters of the Fundació CatalunyaCaixa, one of Barcelona’s key cultural facilities.
MACBA - Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona
The Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA) opened in 1995 and is located right in Barcelona centre. The building was designed by the North-American architect Richard Meier.
Museu Barbier-Mueller d'Art Precolombí
The Museu Barbier-Mueller d’Art Precolombí is housed in the Palau Nadal, a magnificent medieval palazzo on Carrer Montcada, opposite the Museu Picasso.
Museu de la Catedral

Museu del Modernisme
The new Museu del Modernisme opened in 2010. It is housed in a former textile factory in the centre of Barcelona, and offers visitors the chance to enjoy a cultural centre dedicated exclusively to modernista art.
Museu Diocesà
The Pia Almoina building, a national landmark housed in the Roman wall of the city next to the cathedral, is home to the Museu Diocesà, with its faithfully restored interior.
Museu Europeu d'art Modern - MEAM
The MEAM is located in the Palau Gomis, a unique 18th-century neoclassical building in the Born district, which is one of Barcelona’s key tourist and cultural sites.
Museu Frederic Marès
The Museu Frederic Marès is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, in part of the former royal palace which was once home to the Counts of Barcelona. The museum includes an extensive and valuable collection of art works and objects which Frederic Marès collected throughout his life.
Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya - MNAC
The museum MNAC is housed in the Palau Nacional, a landmark building dating from the 1929 International Exhibition of Barcelona. It is located on Montjuïc Hill, a privileged setting which boasts unique, magnificent views of Barcelona.
