Theme park

Opened in May 1983, Catalunya en Miniatura is is a major tourist and cultural complex, and the only one in Spain.
The theme park showcases scale models of Catalonia’s landmarks, in a natural setting and is located in Torrelles de Llobregat, just 11 kilometres from Barcelona.

A theme park where visitors can view Catalonia’s major monuments, buildings and landmarks on a scale of 1:25 in little more than an hour and a half.
It is also a living and permanent display of Catalonia’s culture and folklore, providing an insight into the particular traits and traditions of its people.
The park would not be complete with out the brilliant Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. It features some of his most outstanding landmarks: the Güell Crypt in Santa Coloma, the Sagrada Família, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Finca Güell, Park Güell, Palau Güell, Casa Vicenç, Casa Calvet, Casa Bellesguard, the Col•legi de les Teresianes convent school, the villa Torre Güell del Garraf, etc.
Services offered at Catalunya en Miniatura: ticket office, information, first-aid post, wheelchairs, restaurant-bar with terrace, amphitheatre hosting children’s entertainment, picnic area, souvenir shop, miniature train through the park and children’s play area.
Catalunya en Miniatura opening times:
- October, November, December*, January and February: Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-6pm.
  * 24th, 26th and 31st December: 10am-3pm.
  * 2nd and 5th January: 10am-3pm.
- March, April*, May, June and September: daily, 10am-7pm.
  * 13th and 27th April, traditional entertainment "Grallers Si Fa Sol" (11am-2pm).
- July and August: daily, 10am-8pm.
- Closed 25th December, 1st and 6th January.
